Should the strap not meet your needs, for any reason, please return the strap to us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will refund the original purchase price, less a restocking fee of $4.95 per strap. Warranty Information Should your laptop strap be defective in any way, please return the strap to us within 30 days of the shipping date, and we will send you a replacement strap, free of charge. In addition, we will also reimburse your shipping fees. Please call for mailing instructions. Terms of Use The Safe-Clik-N-Grip® Laptop Strap is intended for use with a laptop computer. Midrix, Inc. will not be responsible for damages resulting from misuse of the product. Liability is limited to the replacement of the strap, should it prove to be defective.
